Shipping & Returns

BlackWolf Graphics aim to dispatch any stock order within 24 hours of full payment. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery both for our protection and our customers. This is charged at £1.15 for all of the UK. A signature is required upon delivery which enables us to check if the order has been successfully delivered and eliminates all false claims of non-receipt. For the customer, this proves to you that we have dispatched your order on the date we said we did.


BlackWolf Graphics supply both stock vinyl graphics and custom made vinyl graphics.

Custom made vinyl graphics are manufactured in accordance with the information supplied by the customer at the time the order is placed. BlackWolf Graphics is not responsible for any spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.

Graphic items that are custom made to order are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information provided in the order confirmation email issued at time of order.

BlackWolf Graphics will replace, exchange or refund only those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are checked for flaws and completeness before dispatch. However in the event of any defects, shortages, and exceptions, the customer must inform BlackWolf Graphics within 5 days from receipt or the order will be considered complete. If 5 days have passed and you have still not received your order, please inform us at once and we will help trace your order. If 10 days have passed and you have not notified us of an incorrect, incomplete or missing order, we will deem the order has reached you and you are satisfied. Strictly no returns, refunds or replacements after the 10 day period.

Non custom made items (stock items) can be returned if you are not happy with your purchase. To return such an item, a RA number (Return Authorization) must be obtained within seven days from receipt before sending it back to us. To obtain an RA number, please contact us and request one - be sure to have your original invoice, original invoice number, order date and reason for the return. RA numbers are only good for 14 days from when it is issued. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in a like new condition or we will be unable to refund.
